The Continental Football League (CoFL) is returning, and Central Texas is set to be a cornerstone of its relaunch with the introduction of the Texas Syndicate. In an exclusive interview with United Football Media, Quincy Workman, CEO and owner of the Texas Syndicate, shared his vision for the team and its role in the community, emphasizing a commitment to football, community engagement, and player development.

Some fans are still holding out hope that they will avoid relocation. Mike Repole is already talking expansion. When sharing his plans for the league, he stated that the UFL “is going to be aggressive, nimble, scrappy and gritty, making aggressive moves,” in regards to expansion and hopes to have “16 teams by 2035.” (Seifert, 2025) So, if your city is not one of the rumored relocation sites, stay tuned.

The best marketing strategy I have seen has been league-wide youth camps. Recently, the league hosted seven youth camps over a 16-day period. There were representatives from the league, such as Daryl Johnston and David Dykeman, and San Antonio Brahmas representatives, such as head coach Payton Pardee, Coach Matthew Bullock, and players Caeveon Patton and Steven Stilianos. The 400-plus boys and girls running from fifth to twelfth grade were welcomed with a warm and friendly San Antonio spirit.
